Bluetooth & Embedded C++ Developer (Digital Key / Key Fob)
Join our vehicle access systems team developing next-generation secure digital key and smart key fob firmware using Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE), Ultra-Wideband (UWB), and NFC conforming to Car Connectivity Consortium (CCC) specifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop production-grade embedded C/C++ firmware for automotive wireless key fobs and smart vehicle access ECUs.
- Implement and optimize BLE (Bluetooth Low Energy) 5.x stack protocols, connection topologies, and ranging algorithms.
- Integrate UWB (Ultra-Wideband) secure distance measurement protocols for relay-attack prevention.
- Work with vehicle network bus protocols (CAN-FD, LIN, Automotive Ethernet) for cross-ECU key localization.
- Ensure compliance with Car Connectivity Consortium (CCC) Digital Key Release 3 architecture and ISO/SAE 21434 cybersecurity standards.
- Participate in bench testing, RF signal analysis, battery-life optimization, and automated unit/HIL validation.
Qualifications & Experience
- 5+ years of embedded C/C++ development for resource-constrained microcontrollers (Nordic nRF52/nRF53, NXP NCJ29D5/KW38, TI CC26xx or ST STM32).
- In-depth knowledge of BLE stack architectures, GATT/GAP services, advertising channels, and power management.
- Experience with automotive wireless security, symmetric/asymmetric cryptography (AES-128/256, ECDSA), and secure elements (SE/HSM).
- Hands-on experience with hardware debugging (JTAG/SWD, logic analyzers, Oscilloscopes, Ellisys/Teledyne LeCroy Bluetooth sniffers).
- Familiarity with ASPICE process compliance and MISRA C/C++ coding guidelines.
